Sector 612 is a partnership comprised of 4 minority owned Minneapolis based businesses. 

Sector 612 is passionate about rebuilding our community through business/economic development, business support, safe and affordable housing as well as support for “Arts and Culture” in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.

With just a vision, Sector 612 reached out to Gardner-Lee for mentoring efforts that have blossomed into a full partnership. 

Gardner-Lee has and will continue to provide support and knowledge for all steps including but not limited too Conceptualized Design(s), Business Plan(s), Meeting(s), Community Event(s),  Proforma, Marketing, Funding, Construction (Project Managing) and future Community Development.

Lastly, through our partnership, Sector 612’s “Community Development Training Center” will be powered by Gardner-Lee. Subjects will include but are not limited to Workforce Training, Entrepreneurship Support and Community Development Opportunities.
